I'M SORRY I WAS THINKING OF IT AND I FELT SAD!
She wasn't in the curb! She was just next to the fence of the little vegetable garden that Andrew kept! And she went peacefully...literally just faded to silver and started floating as ghosts do in the sims and then the grim reaper came, took her away, and now her grave rests peacefully under the big oak tree in my garden, waiting for me to take it over to the cemetery...(which I should do soon because she's already haunted the house...she even attended Ethan's birthday in the early morning hours when he turned into a young adult.....it was an awkward party.)
And of course they can!!! If they didn't, the place would be overpopulated! (just like real life) But babies and toddlers can't die. Children can, but only in a serious accident...like fire, or drowning or electrocution...or getting hit by a meteorite....which has happened to be before.
But there are lots of ways for sims to die!

Sims is an awesome game! D:< It's loads of fun! It's like virtual live-action story-telling! (with a few admittedly annoying limitations) but still! DON'T DISS THE GAME I'VE LOVED SINCE IT FIRST CAME OUT ALL THOSE YEARS AGO! (I'm a proud veteran simmer...me and my sister. We saw its birth, and we've been going with it till this very day...)
Oh shut up, none of them are horrific, they're all made out to be very comedic. I mean, MAGIC-JELLY-BEAN-DEATH!?! You eat a magic jelly bean, and it turns you into a purple ghost that has little transparent jellybeans floating around you....COME ON! XD
And there's no blood or gore in sims! JUST BECAUSE IT'S NOT PACKED WITH ACTION, GUNFIRE AND ZOMBIES(which it actually does have now) IT DOESN'T MEAN IT'S A BAD GAME!
(and by the way, since I'm studying games development, I've come to learn a horrid thing...THE REASON GAMES ARE SO SHIT AND REPETITIVE TODAY IS BECAUSE PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY 'why couldn't it be more like this???' AND THEN THEY JUST REHASH THE SAME OLD SHIT OVER AND OVER!! CREATIVITY IS DEAD, AND ITS THE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T UNDERSTAND MORE THAN GUNS AND EXPLOSIONS WHO SLAUGHTERED IT, PUN FULLY INTENDED!)

Whoa, whoa, WHOA!! Slow DOWN!!! Ok, for starters, that is the EXACT definition of a bad game. Look it up in the dictionary, you will see: "Bad Game: Any game that does not contain to the point of being considered "packed with" action, gunfire and/or zombies."
Secondly, don't even TRY and put Sims on a scale with CoD. There isn't a scale long enough that allows you to compare an awesome game like CoD to a...... game like Sims. CoD would be far too high on that scale.
CORRECTION!!! The people at CoD do that with their Multiplayer. You see, the probelm with CoD is that they had it near on perfect at CoD: 4, save for Juggernaut and there not be as wide a variety of Online gaming as would be liked. Then CoD: 5 came out and that was better, but still had some problems, but the introduction of zombies was beautiful :3 CoD: MW2 killed everything. Black Ops was a pretty big let down. MW3 is what MW2 SHOULD HAVE been. I haven't actually play Black Ops 2 yet, but yeah...... There are so many bitching points on CoD, I could write a fucking ESSAY about it. But I won't.
Point is, that's CoD. I don't think other games have a creativity issue, I just think that too many people end up playing CoD rather than all those other, awesome, creative games out there. It's not the games with the issue, its the people buying the games........ oh shit, that was your point exactly, wasn't it? Ah well, after putting in the effort to write out that gigantic waste of effort, I can't even bing myself to go back and delete it.........
